Consumers
As a customer of a ReviewTree subscriber, you are receiving satisfaction surveys from a company you have an existing business relationship with. You have the right at any time to opt-out from receiving these communications. If you would like to opt-out from receiving these communications please e-mail privacy@reviewtree.com or select "Opt Out" on the invitation email. You acknowledge that if you transmit personal health information you waive any right to the privacy of such information.
ReviewTree subscribers
ReviewTree asks new subscribers to provide their name, business name, address, phone and e-mail address as well as a credit card or bank account number toirder services. This information is used for customer service and recurring monthly billing purposes only. In order to use ReviewTree’s service, we upload consumers’ personally identifiable information into secure servers. The collection of our subscribers’ information and consumer information is done solely to provide our services to subscribers in accordance with our Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Use. ReviewTree will never sell, share or rent the information collected with any third parties unless required by law.
Website visitors
On the ReviewTree.com website we collect information about prospective subscribers and other visitors based on their request to receive further information about our services. A visitor to our site will be asked to provide contact information such as name, business name, address, phone and e-mail address. We use this information only to contact the visitor about the services for which they have requested further information. ReviewTree will never sell, share or rent that information to third parties. Web Based Solution
ReviewTree asks new subscribers to provide their name, business name, address, phone, business category and e-mail address. We call this “Subscriber Information”. As a new subscriber, you will also be asked to provide payment information such as a credit card or bank account number, which is used for monthly billing purposes only. As part of ReviewTree's service deployment process, we securely upload your customers’ personally identifiable information (we call this “Consumer Information”) into our secure servers. This process is performed soReviewTree can provide our services to consumers on your behalf. The collection of Subscriber Information and Consumer Information is done solely to provide our services to you in accordance with your Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Use.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To improve customer service - your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.
Do we use cookies and/or log files?
